This package incorporates all features of the Final Details and Partial Planning package, plus additional offerings such as:

  • Schedule and attend all vendor meetings and interviews

  • Attend site visit(s) with or without client to establish the event style, direction and flow

  • Unlimited communication/advice for client

  • Monthly meeting via zoom with clients including tasks sheets

  • Create budget; manage deposit schedule and payments

  • Review and negotiate all vendor contracts

  • Decor conceptualization and coordinate overall event vision and design

  • Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs

  • Create all materials in accordance to invites; save the dates, invitation and RSVP cards

  • Design all layouts for all events on day of and other prior events

  • Wedding website assistance

  • Rehearsal Dinner and/or Welcome Party included in this package
